Terms and Conditions

classhub is an online marketplace that lets local businesses list extracurricular activities and classes, and lets customers browse, book, and pay for those activities. classhub is not the business providing the activity — each listed business is independently owned and operated, and is responsible for the activities, classes, and services it lists.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Businesses must be approved by classhub before their listings become publicly visible.

When you book an activity, payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking. Prices, capacity, and whether an activity is booked per-class ("drop-in") or per-term are set by the business listing the activity.

Cancellation windows and refund eligibility are set individually by each business and shown on the activity listing. Refunds for cancelled bookings are the responsibility of the business; classhub does not automatically issue refunds beyond what's described on the listing at the time of booking.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the safety and quality of the activities they provide, and complying with all applicable laws (including any licensing, insurance, or safety requirements for working with children). classhub reserves the right to suspend or remove any business listing that violates these Terms or is reported as unsafe or fraudulent.

You may book an activity as a guest without creating an account. Guest bookings are managed using the email address provided at checkout and a confirmation link; classhub is not responsible for maintaining a booking history for guest bookings.

You agree not to use classhub to post false or misleading listings, to harass other users, to attempt to bypass payment processing, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

classhub provides a platform to connect businesses and customers and is not responsible for the conduct of businesses or customers, or for the quality, safety, or legality of any listed activity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, classhub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting info@classhub.ca.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of classhub after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
